again, this is in oakland. this video came from monday. officers say a 9-year-old girl was playing when a man grabbed her, sexually assaulted her and threatened to kidnap her. they also say this man tried to abduct a child last year. releasing a sketch of a woman who abducted an 11-month-old baby earlier this week. police are looking for this woman who stole a jeep monday morning with the baby in the backseat. the jeep was eventually found and the baby was okay. an amber alert was triggered moments after, giving them the opportunity to test their alert system. alert scc tried to call everyone in santa clara county on monday, reaching 3,000 people by phone and sent out tens of thousands of text messages. one of those texts reached a san jose man who spotted the jeep and called police, ultimately leading to the baby's safe return. authorities say the first test of the alert system went well, but it's working on improvements for next time. alert scc is used for natural disasters such as wildfires or floods. >>> 5:49. google censorship? why on
